Rhinos Milano follows Black Panthers Thonon in the EFL Bowl
In Group A of the EFL, the Rhinos Milano also won the second game in the group stage and moved into the final. The Rhinos won with 6:36 (6:7/0:6/0:9/0:14) in the away game at the Nice Dauphins.
The guests from Milan scored the first touchdown of the game when TJ Pryor reached the end zone with a 42-yard run.
The Dauphins came back in the first quarter and came to their first score after a pass from Andrew James to Alexis Avenad in a fourth attempt into the end zone, but they missed the extra-point attempt. It should be the last points of the French.
After a second touchdown with a pass of Pryor to Gabriele Arioli after a failed punt in the second quarter the guests from Milan extended the lead and had a tremendous second half.
The Dauphins, with their offense, came no longer in the half of the Rhinos, which scored by touchdowns of Pozzebon, Querzola and Cira as well as a safety score to 6:36 by themselves.
The Rhinos Milano now meet the French team of the Black Panthers Thonon in the EFL Bowl.
