EFL: Badalona Dracs celebrate away win at Thonon Black Panthers

Thonon - The Badalona Dracs are back in the fight for a place in the EFL final after a 37:20 away win at the Thonon Black Panthers.

In front of nearly 2,000 spectators, the hosts got off to a better start in the first quarter and took the lead 7-0. But then the Spaniards dominated the game. The Dracs let close with 14:13 after the first half and confirmed their ambitions with two preliminary touchdowns in the third quarter. Also in the last section of the game, the guests retained control and were happy about a 37:20 success.

Lorenzo John Melchione and Juncal Jairo Lasharas scored two touchdowns each for the Spaniards, while Brandon Ravanel Jerome added another touchdown.

For the French, Benjamin Plu, Talir Satterfield-Rowe and Stephan Yepmo each scored a touchdown.

In the final group game, the Thonon Black Panthers will join the Milano Seamen on May 12th.
