EC2010: France plays for a place in the final and in the World Cup
A lot is at stake for France in its second group game on Tuesday. After beating Sweden 14-7, a win over Great Britain would take the French to the European Championships final for the first time, and would guarantee them their first medal ever.
As an added bonus, a win over the Brits would earn Team France a place in next year's World Cup. The best two teams and Austria as a host qualify to the World Cup.
Great Britain opens its tournament in Tuesday's afternoon game in Wetzlar. In the late game Austria and Finland clash off. It will be the first game for Finland, whereas the Austrians lost a close game to Germany on Saturday.
The games can be followed by the EFAF Liveticker or by GFL Radio (in German).
